The events of the project continue the storyline of the previous parts - the rebels' fight against the Forces of Creation. Long ago, the Shapers created life and subjugated it. The wastelands were colonized. Armies of monsters controlled the prosperity of the lands. Order was established. However, some creatures rebelled. And a riot began, which grew into a war. Soon, people wishing to gain the power of the creators joined it. However, the Shapers were stronger. The time of the final battle is coming. But the hope of the rebels has not died. The fate of the living is in the hands of one rebel, endowed with the power to defeat the enemy.Role-playing game components allow you to choose a character from 5 separate classes with features and characteristics that affect the hero's interaction with other residents, right down to the manner of speech. The choice of the opposing faction in Geneforge 4: Rebellion is not always clear-cut during the campaign: each decision affects the future, in the next unpleasant situation there are two ways out. Having taken one side, espionage for the other is not prohibited. The world map consists of more than 80 game zones with their own unique content. Crowds of dangerous monsters and opponents' traps await at every step. The project has a developed, full main plot with several endings. Completing secondary quests and tasks will help you get a useful reward, but will complicate the passage. Resources are very rare: weapons, useful items or potions are limited, so their use should be rational.
