Golden Axe: Beast Rider is a three-dimensional addition to the famous series, dedicated to the adventure hack and slash genre. The plot revolves around Tyris Flare, a valiant Amazon who guards the priestesses of Axir - devoted dragon worshipers from the island of Axir. Having set out to defeat the evil tyrant Death Adder, who plundered her homeland and lured her relatives into a trap, the protagonist finds comrades in the person of the strong dwarf Gilius Thunderhead and the formidable barbarian Tarik Battle Axe.A distinctive feature of the game is the ability to create formidable animals - creatures roaming the game world waiting to be tamed. Each of them has unique abilities - from fire-breathing to soaring in the sky. Magic, fueled by tribute received from opponents or gnomes, makes it possible to use destructive spells or acquire new weapons. Golden Axe: Beast Rider features three main modes: Campaign, Challenge and Trials. The first one requires players to go through an entire odyssey, overcoming various levels, facing many enemies and formidable bosses. In Challenge, players are invited to replay all previously completed stages, using various weapons and armor. Trials repeats the original Duel mode, in which you need to repel ten waves of opponents, and at the end - three bonus rounds in the arena with gnomes.
