The main characters of this work will be 2 girls united by a common passion. This is the programmer Kani and the artist Kumade, who met during their college years, and together they passionately want to create video games and demonstrate them to the world. However, reality turns out to be very harsh for them. Their creations do not sell, large studios do not pay attention to them, and the friends do not see any prospects for achieving success in their business. Their only income is part-time work, and the protagonists gradually begin to lose heart. Kani sits all day, trying to improve her creativity and achieve its successful sale. Kumada, however, seems to have some other solution, but mysteriously hides it from his friend.The gameplay in GOODBYE WORLD takes place in a two-dimensional space. The game is an adventure platformer consisting of 13 chapters of the story. A distinctive feature is the visual style - pixelation and graphic effects together form an attractive retro style.
