Gotham City Impostors Free to Play is a game focused on teamwork and dynamic online battles. DC fans expecting to see familiar faces are in for a disappointment: Gotham City Impostors does not have a gloomy atmosphere, a gang of comic book villains, or the Dark Knight himself. After all, impostors are impostors. Gameplay is a plotless chaotic mess with shootouts and funny comments. The characters are ordinary rogues who imagine themselves to be superheroes and minions of the Joker.Up to twenty players can participate in the match at a time. The participants in the confrontation are divided into two squads: half are dressed in a Batman costume and equipped with the appropriate arsenal, and the second part is dressed as crazy clowns using creative weapons. Pseudo-jokers bring chaos, confusion and staggering to Gotham, and Pseudo-Batmen are trying to stop them.The dynamics of the gameplay forces the gamer to constantly be on the move, moving around the location in search of opponents. The main menu offers six game modes to choose from: classic Deathmatch, Fumigation, Psycho Warehouse, Headhunting, Challenges and Initiation. The latter is a kind of tutorial in which a novice hero or bandit can get used to the controls. Other modes offer the activation of toxic traps, the neutralization of propaganda broadcasting devices, shooting enemies for tokens and completing tasks for additional experience and medals.
