Grand Theft Auto 3 will take the player to the fictional American city of Liberty City, similar to New York. The protagonist is a nameless criminal who found himself in the center of crime due to a secret conspiracy between Miguel, his girlfriend Catalina and a member of a drug cartel. The process includes an open game world and non-linear elements. The user will encounter criminal groups such as the Yardies, Triads, Mafia, Yakuza, Colombian drug cartel and Devils.Basically, the task of the central character is to perform criminal actions: murders, robberies, explosions or terrorist acts. Quests are provided by various bosses or other NPCs calling the protagonist on the phone. There are payphones in the world, sometimes you need to get to them to start the next mission. You cannot start a quest while doing another. The ward is unable to swim, and when he gets into the water, he instantly dies. But he fights well in close combat, can shoot from any firearm, run and jump quickly. By completing story missions, the gamer opens new areas of Liberty City. To unlock most of the city of the third part of GTA, you need to complete about 10-15 quests. There are secondary missions for stealing cars, racing SUVs or sports cars. If the player gets behind the wheel of a city service car, he will need to do the corresponding work. The user will often have to participate in shootouts. Weapons are purchased in special stores or appear in certain hidden or open locations. The character uses a Micro Uzi, an M1911 pistol, an AK-47 and M16A1 assault rifle, a rocket launcher or a flamethrower. You can move on foot, or steal cars of citizens and drive them. 54 types of vehicles are included, including 4 types of boats and 1 plane.
