Grey Goo is designed for fans of old-school real-time strategy. There is a campaign, single-player skirmishes with bots and multiplayer. Moreover, you can play with live opponents not only via the Internet, but also via a local network. The victory conditions are traditional: blow up the headquarters, eliminate all units or destroy all the opponent's buildings. Grey Goo is similar in gameplay to the Command Conquer series. Both titles have the same developer. The plot of these two universes is not connected in any way. Here, the mess takes place in the distant future. Humanity has long evolved, and is now exploring space with all its might. However, the planet Ecosystem 9 is under threat of being absorbed by a mysterious organism called Goo. It is one of the playable factions. In addition to it, there are people and aliens Beta. The gameplay here is classic. In this RTS, you first need to build a base and obtain the minimum required amount of resources to build factories for the production of troops. Then you need to study the improvements and gather a larger army. After that, the soldiers and military equipment go to visit the enemy. The usual super-units and invisible fighters for old-school projects are also here.Representatives of the human race are considered masters of building defensive structures. They can put up force fields and teleport (and even move their buildings). Aliens can only place objects around special nodes that can be parachuted to any end of the map (along with buildings). And nanorobots are slime controlled by mothers who breed clots. That's why they don't have a camp.
