You can play Hellcoming both alone and in a company of 2 to 4 people. A team of fighters against evil spirits will be engaged in cleaning the building where the inhabitants of hell have visited. It is important not so much to get rid of all traces, but to survive. The demon can kill the protagonists, but it is possible to get ahead of him by destroying him first. To do this, you need to find an artifact. This thing is the only thing that connects the monster's world with the Earth. The artifact is in the enemy's shelter. The heroes can only get there through a portal. You can't just take and destroy the demon's thing, because it is protected by seals. The seals themselves in Hellcoming cannot be destroyed. They are directly connected to the filth. Therefore, in the building you need to destroy all the monsters that you come across. This way, the seals will gradually disappear. It is easier to complete the task in cooperative mode, because if the demon takes 1 of the team members into captivity, the allies will be able to save him. If 3 out of 4 people are captured, there is still a chance to successfully complete the mission. To clean the premises from filth, the heroes do not use firearms or melee weapons, but the tools of ordinary cleaners. A vacuum cleaner is needed to remove liquid, but its tank must be constantly emptied. The brush is the most versatile tool. An ultraviolet flashlight kills insects without a trace. It cannot be used for a long time, otherwise it will overheat and break. Fire is extinguished with water from a bottle, a medical station heals fighters, and a detector helps to identify a hellish entity.
