Hero generations

Hero generations - a strategic role-playing indie adventure with an isometric camera during turn-based actions, moves and collisions with enemy units of different types, as well as with all kinds of situations that make you think about their solution. The actual battles take place with a side view, which creates a two-dimensional feeling. Mechanics taken from the roguelike genre are used, which creates completely unique game situations in each, separately taken, walkthrough.

The single-player campaign focuses on life stories, love difficulties and philosophical overtones. Each turn on the global map costs the controlled character one year of its existence on the planet. Gamers will have to productively carry out the life cycle of one virtual protégé to open new territories on procedurally generated maps, find their own soul mate to create offspring and a happy family life. After the death of the initial character, the player gains control over the heir and continues the business started by the first protagonist.

There is a choice of 6 possible ways of development in the game "Generations of Heroes": growth in the direction of strength, exploration, love, fame, wisdom and wealth. They all differ in the events that will take place and the options for their solution. Stylish and unusual drawing helps to reflect on the issues raised by this project and to understand the depth of what is happening on the screen.
