The plot of Holy Purge unfolds around a small village that is being devoured day after day by the forces of Evil. It has recently awakened, hungry and bloodthirsty, destroying people who have lost faith in its path. The enemy is already moving beyond the village, into the forest, and the main character needs to stop it. A cooperative horror game immerses gamers in the mysterious and enigmatic world of the Middle Ages. Gamers will feel like an exorcist priest who, with the help of Holy water, a cross, torches, prayers, rituals, and most importantly faith, must fight the Great Evil. This entire arsenal of Holy Purge must be used for its intended purpose: to drive away wild animals from the forest with torches, to pour Holy water on ghosts and demons, to fight werewolves with a silver cross. You won't be able to destroy evil spirits with these items, they will only weaken them for a while. In order to finish them off forever, you will need to perform a special ritual at the end and send them back to the underworld. Players receive weapons and ingredients for potions while exploring the area, so you will have to check every street and house. The action is procedurally generated, so monsters and bonuses will be in different places each time. The gameplay is designed for collective and individual passage. The first mode assumes the presence of three players on the field, who will jointly find artifacts and conduct rituals. For convenient communication, a positional voice chat has been developed. The second is a hardcore single-player mode, the passage of which will be within the power of only the most desperate and skilled. In order to fully experience all the difficulties of the gameplay, you can start the timer and then you will need to clear the village of monsters in a limited amount of time.
