Hot Wheels: Velocity X - an action racing game where players participate in races and derbies in five different modes. Adventure mode forms the core of the experience, with 14 missions to complete, each filled with different objectives. Spread across five unique locations, the world offers three missions, with the final location being slightly different and only containing two quests.The GBA version streamlines the story mode, interweaving races with tasks set by the Professor, including destroying vehicles and collecting items, culminating in races against bosses. The Challenge, which includes 18 missions, requires completing various objectives, such as achieving certain stunt points, collecting gears or reaching the finish line before the clock strikes 00:00. Progressing unlocks new vehicles, race/battle maps and weapons. Tests include Battle, where users destroy opponents, and Tag, focused on ramming opponents. In addition, there is Drag Race, Battle and Joyride. Drag Race and Battle support both single and multiplayer.
