Hunt Down The Freeman

Hunt Down The Freeman is a global modification for Half-Life, approved by Valve. The story is told from the perspective of the antagonist. For 40 hours, the player will fight many enemies, watch cinematic cutscenes and overcome many obstacles on his way. You play as HECU Sergeant Mitchell, who was beaten by Gordon Freeman. Mitchell promises to take revenge on Gordon, so the G-Man becomes interested in the hero. He helps him get out of Black Mesa, but makes a deal with Mitchell. Unlike the original Half-Life, the Hunt Down The Freeman mod offers a huge number of innovations. A complete replacement of weapons has occurred. About 26 types of guns are available for use. Individual animations are drawn for all types of weapons and corresponding sounds are added. The game contains fully directed cutscenes with a total length of up to 60 minutes. The protagonist knows the basics of parkour and is able to climb hills, make rolls and move in a prone position. A full inventory has been introduced, where you can put all the useful items. You will also take part in many significant events of the original game: the Black Mesa incident, the seven-hour war, the first years of the Occupation and the last days before the Uprising in City 17. Many models and textures of the main game have been redesigned and improved.
