Serious opponent of Hollow - Immortal: Unchained - breaks into the gaming industry, showing that the developers were able to fit all the hardcore role-playing games in one short story about the fighter you create at the beginning in one of the most advanced appearance editors: you choose a hairstyle, physique, lips, eyes, muscles, sizes arms, legs and so on. The detailed creation of the Prisoner (this will be your character's name) is inherent in everything else in the game. Next, choose a class that will give you the initial basic abilities, and hit the road.
The story begins with being told about Aras and the prisoner he saved. They escape from the prison that Iska built to imprison a former god and a simple warrior. This was done so that the last two did not prevent her from eliminating the existing universe, taking control of the new, created one. All creation activities are carried out through the Monolith, taken from Scandinavian Mythology. The main character, at the request of Aras, will travel through the ancient world of Hell (you cannot name it otherwise) in search of the hearts of the children of Katal. Later it turns out that our hero is the most important character in the game because of the prophecy.
The Immortal's gameplay is similar to the Dark Souls line of games. We have enough weapons to repel the attacks of our enemies, but if we get hit with just one blow, we will die. Monsters and undead throughout the game will be enough to use all the weapons found - both cold and firearms - but you are unlikely to have time to pump all the character's abilities.
The gameplay is made from the third person. We will use a huge number of weapons that can be improved, but do not forget that the hero has the lowest survivability. Even from a couple of blows from simple skeletons, we can die.
