The Iron Brigade shooter can surprise. Another chaos in the form of the First World War descended on Earth. Everywhere there is devastation, the technological process has degraded for a decade for sure. Even such chaos comes to an end. Destroyed states gradually begin to restore their own territories, build new infrastructure. Happiness did not last long. An unknown signal came down to the planet, killing all living things.Everyone who heard the Signal died, but this is not about two veterans who survived terrible massacres. Retired officers Frank Woodroffe and Vlad Farmsworth, having heard the voice, saved their lives. They even became geniuses, although one of them went crazy, but this happened much later. Obsessed with the Voice, Farmsworth wanted to spread it across the entire planet, and he absolutely did not care how many people died.He created monovision, from parts of monovisions and wires he built huge machines capable of carrying a broadcast cable across all continents. What was conceived was not destined to happen. His comrade Frank stood in his way, having lost two legs, the character came up with super-technological prostheses that returned the lost limbs. He distributed his developments to soldiers who suffered losses. Soon he understands that technology can be used in military affairs. Having built large exoskeletons, Woodruff intends to confront Vlad's plans together with the remaining survivors.
