Ironclad Tactics is a project in which users will take advantage of the exciting gameplay that combines different genre concepts and features to go on a journey through an unusual alternative historical setting. The events of the game take place in an alternative universe, in America. There is a civil war unfolding between the United States and the Confederacy, but unlike real historical events, this confrontation involves elements of steampunk style. Both sides use steam-powered combat vehicles and robots that are justified from an intra-world point of view and fit organically into the ongoing military operations.Ironclad Tactics is a turn-based collectible card game where tactical battles are carried out using cards. The player will receive and collect cards tied to certain military units and the mechanisms they use. So the protagonist will have a deck that needs to be kept balanced and take into account the counteraction of various enemy forces. Using action points, the participants in the battle will deploy their forces on the field and strike at the enemy. Both the single-player mode of the story campaign and multiplayer battles with friends are available. The plot is complemented by illustrated descriptions made in a comic style.
