Juggernaut is a first-person adventure that plunges into the depths of the supernatural. The campaign puts players in the shoes of an unnamed protagonist whose quest revolves around rescuing his possessed girlfriend Sarah from the clutches of demonic forces. Guided by a mysterious priest, the protagonist embarks on a journey that blurs the line between reality and the supernatural. By going into Sarah's mind, depicted as a sprawling mansion, users solve a series of challenging puzzles and challenges. Progressing will require collecting necessary items scattered throughout the mansion and using various bodies found within. These bodies, supported by machines known as soul exchangers, provide access to different areas, and each creates its own set of obstacles. The main mechanics of the process are focused on solving puzzles and collecting items, while gamers use the research cursor to interact with objects and navigate the environment. There are moments of tension and urgency, requiring the wielding of weapons or dodging attacks under strict time limits. Failure to overcome these challenges results in failure, forcing players to hone their skills and adapt to ever-changing demands. Across four different micro-world hubs, players face a variety of scenarios set in environments ranging from a prison island to cyberspace. Each hub is two unique challenges spread across three discs, offering non-linear gameplay reminiscent of an open-world adventure.
