Playing Killing Time, the user will find himself in the shoes of a student who studies the history of Ancient Egypt. In his scientific research, the guy ends up on the island of Matinicus. Finding himself in the house that once belonged to the local rich woman Tess Conway, he finds himself in the midst of amazing events. In 1932, the mistress of the estate disappeared in an unknown direction, at the same time as the Water Clock was found. According to legend, this artifact is designed not only to stop the decomposition of a mummy, but also helps to make the life of an ordinary person eternal. Trying to unravel the mystery of the Water Clock, the hero of the game Killing Time finds himself locked in a house where 7 ghosts live together. They will gladly tell the curious student the story of their life and death. But not only harmless ghosts live in these places. The guy will have to arm himself with ancient weapons of the ancient Egyptians, an axe and something stronger to fight the monsters that came from the other world. Among them there will be both ordinary monsters and monster clowns, beetles and other evil spirits that can spoil the mood. Sometimes between skirmishes with the living dead, the player will have to face bosses that are not so easy to deal with. Shock therapy will be added by enemies shooting severed heads, evil ducks and dung balls of scarab beetles. The most powerful enemy will be the immortal Seth, who can only be dealt with after destroying 7 hourglasses. Funny cutscenes featuring colorful ghosts will ease the tension a little.
