KitHack Model Club

KitHack Model Club is a project related to the genre of sandbox simulators. It provides a platform for creating and customizing various remote-controlled (RC) vehicles. Users can design planes, boats, cars, or hybrid models by attaching parts in the editor. The focus is on creativity and engineering, giving players endless possibilities to design unique vehicles. The vehicle editor in this project is the central feature that allows you to design your RC vehicles. By attaching parts such as wings, wheels, engines, rockets, and paintball guns, you can create unique and functional models. Customization also extends to aesthetics, allowing you to add paint and decals for personalization. Each design decision affects the performance of the vehicle, taking into account parameters such as aerodynamics, buoyancy and wheel friction, all of which are modeled based on the actual geometry of the vehicle. The game includes a multiplayer mode for up to 16 players. This mode allows you to showcase your creations in matches or share them in the Workshop. Community plays a vital role, as a growing collection of user-created vehicles is available for others to download and use. Interaction and competition are encouraged, providing a platform for showcasing engineering skills and creativity. The world, set in Wirraway Bay, is a varied and colourful landscape that serves as a playground for RC vehicles. You can test your creations by completing missions or exploring the island in free-roam mode. The environment is interactive and dynamic, with traffic and pedestrians adding realism and challenge.
