Legend of the Sword

Legend of the Sword is a project in the Chronicles series, telling about the epic events that unfolded in a distant land in a fantasy setting. The action takes place in the state of Anar, whose peace has always been protected by ancient artifacts - a sword and a shield, which maintained peace, order and harmony on earth, protecting the people from evil and darkness. Anarian well-being, hidden in these wonders of antiquity, was once guarded by a squad of warriors, but it was long forgotten and memories of it have survived only in folk tales.However, many centuries after those legendary times, Anar is in danger. The evil sorcerer Suzar, consumed by a thirst for power over Anar, led his army against the state. His army is forged from terrifying creatures - mutants, children of his disgusting experiments. The royal guard was defeated in battle, losing more than one thousand brave people. The last hope of the kingdom is a squad of motley warriors and adventurers, who are summoned by King Darius and the High Council. They are given a mission - to find the legendary treasures of antiquity and defeat Suzar.Legend of the Sword is a puzzle game in which the gameplay takes place in isometric space, in real time. The player's task is to control his heroes, tell them what to do and give them orders, fight and solve riddles that will help the team move forward in the story. Everything that happens is accompanied by extensive text comments in a separate window, which gives the game the features of a visual novel.
