The plot of Lost Planet 2 again unfolds on the planet E.D.N. III. More than 10 years have passed since the events of the first part. The snow has completely melted, deserts have appeared, and the inhabitants have settled the jungle and other regions where there was previously unbearable cold. The action starts with some jungle pirates attacking mercenaries. Most of the elements and features of the gameplay are present in the original part. Here you will have to fight raid bosses, go through extreme locations and try to cope with robotic equipment. Use armored suits to ride them. There are many missions tied to cooperative passage and interaction between gamers. There is such equipment, thanks to which you will be able to fly for an unlimited amount of time. Due to the lack of cold on the planet, you will not gradually spend thermal energy, as it was in the first game. Still, using energy weapons, fuel reserves are depleted. If you use sprint, you will also lose energy reserves. If one of the participants in a multiplayer game has lost all fuel, then his partner can share his own savings and restore the ally's performance. Participating in battles and completing tasks, you get experience points. After completing the game on any difficulty level, you can use the same main character for the campaign and in other modes. Use points to open access to suits or upgrade the central character.
