Luna Sanctus is a role-playing adventure game created on a popular free engine called RPG Maker. The developers of this project added to their brainchild many mechanics that bring variety to the gameplay, as well as a deep storyline with developed characters, additional stories, and side activities that allow you to escape from the main events. The main character of the single-player campaign is a guy named Azel, who, together with his friends, went on a journey with a huge number of goals to complete, for example, revenge for the death of his parents. The plot takes place in a magical world called Yggdrasil, where in addition to ordinary people, all sorts of fictional creatures live - dragons, yetis, spirits, and so on. The gameplay consists of several parts - movement on the global map and battles in small locations. Battles traditionally take place in the format of turn-based battles with each individual unit taking turns. Accumulating experience points for successfully destroying enemies, the gamer must upgrade the controlled characters to increase their damage, health, armor, and the like. This will allow you to defeat increasingly powerful enemies and move on to the final test. The gameplay, consisting of 20 hours of varied content, includes 50 quests in 5 provinces of the empire, each of them is told using dialogues in the style of a visual novel.
