Malus is an isometric game created by an indie developer who was inspired by the original part of the Diablo series when developing. The project has role-playing mechanics, the user will have to upgrade the protagonist chosen at the very beginning, collecting his own unique build from several branches. Also, the emphasis was placed on creating an atmosphere, which would allow this brainchild of Rahman Abdul to be called a horror. The gameplay component of Malus is much slower than in similar games, this is done for the sake of greater tactfulness of what is happening, and for the ability to parry enemy attacks, counterattack and block with bonuses. The action takes place in a fantasy world, where demons turned out to be stronger during the Heavenly Battle, and conquered the territory of the planet. Now there is some kind of danger lurking everywhere, which is why human civilization and race are under threat of total extinction. The gamer chooses the gender of their character before the start of the campaign, after which the storyline begins with the moment the virtual protégé wakes up in the forest without the slightest idea of \u200b\u200bwhat is happening around him. While completing the main and secondary quests, the gamer will gradually collect information about what led to the defeat of the forces of good and whether there is a way to fix everything and save living beings from destruction. During travels across a vast territory, the player accumulates a mountain of all kinds of loot, which consists of weapons, armor, scrolls, shields, potions and the like. All this can be useful when creating a strong build based on the pumped characteristics of the hero.
