Medal of Honor: Airborne continues the popular franchise in the setting of World War II, plunging the player into a military cauldron from the first moments after landing. The game starts with the landing of American paratroopers over the city, where a heated battle is taking place. The protagonist Boyd Travers has a few seconds to look around in the air and preliminarily assess the situation. Each level begins with a parachute jump. The story campaign consists of six missions: Husky, Avalanche, Neptune, City, University and Flak Tower.
