After a botched robbery attempt, Monique is taken to prison, where she meets a mysterious cellmate. The pair subsequently organize a prison break together. They decide to collaborate in planning a daring kidnapping targeting a specific gem, which kicks off the main quest in Midnight Girl.This shared goal becomes the central element of the narrative, driving the plot forward as they pursue their risky endeavor. The identity and motives of Monique's partner add an element of mystery to the unfolding story. A single journey takes the protagonists through several unique and different environments.
