Monochroma is a representative of the platforming genre. Events tell the story of two brothers left alone with the problems of post-apocalyptic life. The camera automatically changes the angle, showing the depth of development of locations, objects, weather conditions.Events take players to the 50s of the 20th century. An ordinary day - a family of two brothers walks along the street using a kite. During the game, one character breaks his leg. To find help, the older brother lifts his relative onto his shoulders and together with him goes for help through the gloomy city. The main character faces puzzles for speed and erudition. The lives of the characters depend on the reaction - the GG can die because the reaction speed was insufficient. The character cannot jump high - his brother is in the way. Therefore, the injured relative has to be left on illuminated sections of the street to clear the way ahead.Dark locations, gloomy music - the game's features show how life in an industrial society is faceless and joyless. Fear is replaced by joy. But not everything is so simple - there are difficulties along the way, the main character learns that society has decomposed from within, and they are left alone against the whole world
