My Sweet Confession is a visual novel with a 3rd person narrative. The characters' monologues and dialogues appear in the pink panel below. The plot begins in Itika's bedroom in the morning before school. She tells the story of how she met Hana and what she feels for her. Putting on a school uniform, the girl goes to school. She meets Hana in the office. The action will also take place on a green meadow in the school yard, in Itika's kitchen.
