A girl who suffers from asthma experiences a tragic story in Never Again. A horror game with puzzle elements invites the user to explore a gloomy environment, as well as numerous mysteries, which will allow them to learn more about the life, fears of the heroine and, perhaps, find relatives who suddenly disappeared without a trace.Sasha Anders is the protagonist, who one day wakes up after a nightmare. The girl is 13 years old, and the dream becomes a nightmare for the little girl in reality. The girl does not understand what is happening - the house has become cold, empty, and alien. The once warm and cozy house has become dark and scary. Stefan's parents and brother are nowhere to be found. The heroine will have to constantly overcome her fear, which immediately causes asthma attacks. Risking suffocation, the child pulls herself together and decides to go in search of her parents and brother. Sasha picks up a flashlight found behind a closet that hides a cave, and illuminates the dark rooms. The cave also has the first monster - a large doll. The character confronts opponents by solving puzzles, including activating switches, manipulating mirrors, deciphering codes for locks, playing tag. You can hide from enemies that appear unexpectedly, even jumping out of mirrors, using secluded places in the house, for example, using a curtain, or climbing into the bathtub, closing yourself with a screen. In the process, the character moves through gloomy, surreal rooms, looking for the necessary items, interacting with the environment, for example, rearranging furniture to get to the right place. At the end, the user will find an unpredictable ending that will reveal the whole essence of the game, show the tragedy of the situation, and make you believe in the realism of what is happening.
