New World Order offers to move to the near future, where a new threat looms over the world. A terrorist organization has decided to seize control over everyone who currently lives on the planet, organizing a series of prepared attacks in specific places. The main character is a member of a special anti-terrorist squad, whose main task is to fight such formations. So, they enter into confrontation with the enemy in order to put an end to aggression once and for all.The gameplay of the game New World Order is no different from classic shooters. All levels are linear and are essentially a corridor. At certain points along the way, enemies appear who will start causing a fuss at the first visual contact with the protagonist. They are not very stupid, and are quite capable of seeking cover, as well as not exposing themselves to direct fire. But even taking this into account, there are glitches in their behavior, and they can simply crawl out from behind the wall, starting to call for reinforcements. As for the locations where shootouts take place, these are mostly closed spaces (warehouses, offices, country houses and other places). At the same time, surrounding objects and interior fragments are not destroyed by bullets or even grenades. The shooting mechanics are primitive, but still retain the recoil effect, and also force you to change weapons during shootouts at long range. So, if the enemy is at the far end of the room, you can’t remove him with a pistol, and you need to switch to a rifle. In any case, each level requires a special approach, and it is simply impossible to run through all the locations using the same scheme.
