The arcade challenges in Nineteen are in the form of an ironic project, where you will have to take control of a character representing a vaccine from Covid-19. The main mission is to save the life of a young man from South Korea named Mongryong Lee. Have to complete many levels where you have to control the actions of a third-person character and move through locations with landscape obstacles and puzzles.

Players will navigate through a three-dimensional map, where you must not fall into the abyss and get to the end. On locations will be special places with checkpoints, where you can save the result, and in case of death or fall, you can start with the control point. Users will control the protagonist, who is able to run and jump to overcome obstacles encountered along the way. You have to perform alternately difficult tasks, progressing through the story and rescuing a sick man from the effects of the virus.
