Nomads of Driftland - is a city building simulator with epic story goals and graphics. The map of the world, after the war of the ancient magicians, split into sectors, is represented by islands drifting in the sky, which are supported by a powerful spell cast by the opposing factions on the day of the armistice concluded a century ago. However, the relative balance is once again upset by strife, so that all life on the planet Driftland is about to die. The player, represented by a skillful and influential magician, will have to unite the warring lands into his own kingdom and reconcile the inhabitants, giving cities a new life, taming the dangerous wild fauna and providing the population with industrial resources.

The gameplay of Nomads of Driftland sets common goals for the entire squad, without focusing on individual combat units. The army is represented by warriors, archers and magicians who know how to saddle flying animals, expanding the range of attacks and reconnaissance capabilities. Under the command of the hero, the assembled military forces are sent through portals to the territory of the enemy and capture the main building, after which the surrendered enemies join the foundation of the kingdom. A lot of materials are spent on military affairs and a peaceful life. The allocation of resources and the saving of money must be carefully monitored, as control of the islands requires the maintenance of their infrastructure. The further the site is from the conventional capital, the more expensive it is to build.
