Oakwood is a quiet, pleasant place during the day and a nightmare at night. The main character arrives at an abandoned tourist camp called Oakwood, discovering an empty camp abandoned in a hurry. Looking for traces of a missing friend, the girl soon finds out that predators live on the territory of the reserve. These are not simple animals that a hunting rifle could handle, but prehistoric reptiles that have adapted to living alongside modern humans. And here's another thing: over millions of years of evolution, dinosaurs have not become domesticated at all, so humans are viewed as an aperitif with tender bones and melt-in-your-mouth meat. The player controls the character from the first person, using a standard set of commands: walking, running, and moving in a squat in stealth mode. The unfortunate tourist does not know how to jump, but she masterfully blends into the terrain, mimicking static objects in the environment. The girl's only tool is a flashlight. The disadvantages of the project include a short script, lack of cutscenes and a clear plot. The horror can be mastered in an hour, even when faced with the deadly inhabitants of Oakwood, since the game has automatic save points. The atmosphere is provided through notes and announcements about missing people, from which, if desired, you can glue together an encyclopedia. In addition, the main character's frightened friend periodically comes on the radio, reporting in a trembling voice about all the incidents that she experienced the day before.
