Okhlos: Omega is an uprising of an aggressive crowd against the tyranny of the gods. People waited in vain for gratitude from the insidious manipulators from Olympus: even mighty heroes, children of the celestials, turned out to be nothing more than pawns in their intrigues, and now the hour of reckoning has come. People are going to raise the heads of those who are used to ruining the fates of mortals on pikes. They go on a campaign against mythical monsters and will not stop before Zeus himself. The player's task is to gather enough followers around the intellectual engine, represented in Okhlos: Omega by philosophers, and lead this social symbiote through a lot of obstacles.The game begins with a narrative from Homer's point of view, telling about the day of judgment, when one thinker directed people's anger at the oppressor gods. Philosophers are spiritual leaders who direct the actions of the crowd. If such a person dies, the rest disperse. The militant organism consists of many categories of units. The first are ordinary citizens: they do not have any bonuses, but can attack and hold forums. Next come slaves, and they are needed to carry cargo, such as food supplies that restore XP. Defenders and warriors are responsible for different functions according to their equipment. And finally, cute pets - cats, dogs and chickens - are useful for distracting the attention of the Spartan giants guarding the city.The more atrocities the raging ancient Greeks allow themselves, the more intensively the rage scale fills up. When the bar indicator reaches its maximum, the crowd's strength is at its peak and the living stream demolishes buildings and stone walls. However, there are discouraging factors: for example, intoxicating fog or stale ham, after eating which, the whole group will weaken.
