The gameplay often pushes the gamer out of the comfort zone, and he gets into tight rooms, bringing him closer to monsters. Not all creatures are hostile, some of them are trying to survive, but do not understand anything. There are also those that cannot reach a person, as well as aggressive creatures that are trying with all their might to fight anyone they meet. The passage will last up to 8 hours on a large territory. The levels are confusing, but interconnected. You will need to search the locations to find useful items. The player is able to shoot from firearms and eliminate opponents. It is possible to pick up blunt and cold objects from the floor to use them as weapons.The user's main task is to uncover the secrets and events that have captured and distorted the Organ Quarter. While the main character was isolated for several months, the city was captured by strange creatures, people fell ill, and most died. The protagonist uses a set of powerful weapons to fight enemies: a pistol, a knife, a shotgun, a machine gun, or a surreal gun.
