Out There: Omega Edition

Out There: Omega Edition is a role-playing adventure with strategy elements, the setting for which was chosen as space in the distant future. The huge number of achievements available in the reward list motivates the player to thoroughly explore all available locations and study the activities offered by the developers. Also, the fact that statistical data is entered into a leaderboard, where it is compared to determine the most skilled user who has ever launched the game, increases interest. A feature of the environment construction is that it changes with each new launch thanks to artificial intelligence trained in procedural generation. The player receives under his leadership an astronaut who has awakened from cryosleep in an unknown part of the galaxy, too far from the familiar and native Solar system. Having examined the compartments of the spaceship, the protagonist understands that it is seriously damaged, which prevents movement over huge distances. The gamer's task is to find a way to repair the spaceship and go home, while surviving in conditions of a limited amount of provisions and other resources. During the journey towards Earth, the player will discover unknown planets with atmospheres similar to those suitable for life. Such space objects replenish the supply of oxygen supplied inside the ship, as well as other resources that can be found in the vastness of the galaxy. The ending of the single-player storyline depends on the player's actions. There are 4 of them in total.
