Paperball does not invent a witty plot or setting, but concentrates on classic arcade gameplay. Its basis is simple - you control a paper ball, which you need to roll to the finish line along a winding track. At the same time, the track itself is suspended in the air and has no walls. A fall restarts the level, of which there are more than 150 in total. At the same time, they are divided into 10 different decoration options and become more complex as you progress. Paperball offers 5 game modes, not counting multiplayer:

• Arcade. Traditional passage of all levels in a row with a choice of difficulty.
• Race. A timer is added to the conditions of the run, which is replenished only for the completion of the stage.
• Medals. In this mode, you can choose maps and try to complete them as quickly as possible and with fewer mistakes for the sake of rewards.
• Shuffle. Here, after completing the stage, the player moves on to another, random.
• Blitz. Similar to the arcade, but the ball has the ability to jump.

The game in co-op adds competitive races and runs, where within one track control is constantly transferred between users. In addition, a global and local leaderboard is available. There is also additional content in the form of various models for the protagonist. They are opened for receiving medals and completing certain sections of the single-player game.
