The gameplay includes a thorough study of the compartments of an alien ship in order to understand what is happening and evaluate the chances of salvation.The character encounters a variety of parasitic life forms that can penetrate the host's body and initiate profound physical changes. It is necessary to find out what is happening on board and what are the true intentions of the abductors. In Parasite Infection, the plot develops as a text adventure, focusing on themes of transformation and control over the body and mind.
