Patrician 3

The events of Patrician 3 unfold in the Middle Ages. The main character is a certain merchant who has to go from an ordinary worker to the owner of a large trading empire. The user is provided with many ways to earn in-game currency. Urban planning is available, thanks to which you can independently build settlements and place various structures on their territory. The protagonist will build industrial enterprises - factories, plants, workshops and warehouses, as well as develop other aspects. For example, it is allowed to finance the development of hospitals and infrastructure, thanks to which local residents will have more favorable conditions. In addition, there are sea voyages, where the player will be attacked by pirates.In Patrician 3 there is freedom of action, allowing you to decide for yourself who the protagonist should become. In addition to the above, you can become a pirate and rob sea vessels, as well as participate in battles. There is a multiplayer mode in which up to 8 users can simultaneously clash - each of them will do their own thing, or cooperate with others. On the left side of the screen there is an in-game map displaying key points, cities, and so on. You will have to visit many settlements - some of them are named in accordance with real ones. There the player will find secondary characters intended for trade or communication. It will be possible to create trade routes used by ships during cargo transportation.
