In Pixel Boy and the Ever Expanding Dungeon, you will have to go through randomly generated dungeons in order to find and collect three components that open the passage to a previously inaccessible level. There are 12 of them in total, which are combined into four separate parts. Only a single campaign is available, and control is carried out both with the keyboard and with the gamepad. When overcoming locations, the hero will be forced to die often, and the accumulated points and experience will be pumped into useful abilities and weapons, which will give a chance to move a little further, in a new sortie. At the end of each act, a boss with unique abilities, a huge supply of XP and a set of skills awaits. To overcome it, you need to gather all your strength, hone your skills, find weaknesses and come up with your own winning strategy. At the levels of Pixel Boy and the Ever Expanding Dungeon, you will have to face many enemies that can pursue, introduce themselves in an unpredictable way and, of course, attack. Sometimes their numbers are so dense that dodging their fire will be on the verge of impossible. In such cases, the energy shield, which gradually regenerates and restores itself, shows itself to be excellent. Earned experience can be spent on character development in five areas: speed of movement, rate of fire of weapons, health, range, damage. After the battle, the unit returns to the base, where it can visit the store, the monster museum, craft improved equipment and armor. In the center there is a mysterious and fabulous fountain, which is the source of a blissful melody that pleases the ear.
