Polimines

Polimines combines two classic puzzles at once. The basis is taken from the Japanese crossword known as nonograms, where the number of possible squares that can be filled in a certain line is marked outside the playing field. The second component is the sapper familiar to many from childhood. The mechanics indicating the number of mines, in this case, painted segments, next to the adjacent cell, are taken from it. The main goal of the gamer is to paint all the necessary squares and not miss. Each of the 30 levels available in the project has its own architecture. Instead of the usual rectangular fields, the developers manually created many shapes, both using simple geometry and full-fledged minimalistic drawings. The difficulty curve increases gradually, and the last stages will be overcome only by the most persistent, assiduous and smart. Each puzzle has one specific solution, and its search will repeatedly require resourcefulness from the gamer. Polymines, despite a fairly high level of difficulty, has a relaxing atmosphere. Calm and pleasant music complements the general mood. The game has no timers or criteria for evaluating the completion. The player can spend as much time on each task as he needs. As a result, the project is a good option to get distracted, relax and at the same time give your brain a workout.
