PROELIUM

PROELIUM is a 2D fighting game from an independent developer in a cyberpunk style. The action takes place in the distant future, when a technical breakthrough led cyborgs to unlimited power on the planet. Tournaments among modified warriors were especially popular. An alien ship that suddenly appeared in orbit changed the situation, and the leader of the aliens sent a list of demands to Earth.In the main mode of PROELIUM, the selected fighter must go through a ladder of opponents in order to eventually meet the final boss - Socius. Fighters have two life bars that are not replenished after moving to a new round. Each character has individual techniques, for example, Zeus uses lightning and air strikes, Valla pushes the opponent away with waves, Fata launches fireballs, Anubis deals damage with an energy staff. For reference, a section with a description of special techniques for each character is available. Players give away futuristic, partially animated locations such as a forest, a space station, the surface of a planet, a pyramid, Stonehenge and others. In addition to the main tournament, the gamer can hone his skills in the training section, or have a quick fight against AI or another player, with the ability to choose an arena. The game also features high-quality animation of movements and an atmospheric electronic soundtrack.
