After the cataclysm, a small portion of the Earth's population survives and settles in a floating city in Project AURA. A strategy simulator with an emphasis on micromanagement offers the gamer to control the life processes of the colony, developing and improving the town, including scientific and technical areas of life.Initially, the user must lead the settlers and create a normal habitat for people in the new world, where they can survive the climate cataclysm and its consequences. Humanity used the possibilities of cryopreservation to wait for an opportune moment and get a new chance at life. Here, at the end of the 21st century, people realized the inevitability of a catastrophe and took all sorts of measures to preserve their own species. In order to restore life on Earth, a large-scale construction of a network of towns located in the sea begins. Only here can one protect oneself from dangerous consequences and a hostile environment. The climate has changed, which has caused the disappearance of sufficient food. In order not to die of hunger, secret shelters were created, where people went into a long hibernation. Humanity was waiting for the moment when the world would become safer. The gamer becomes the head of a colony, which wakes up after a long break. Now the wards need to be trained in different specializations, gradually setting new tasks for them. In the process, the user develops and uses existing technologies, thanks to which it is possible to improve the city infrastructure, establish production and engage in research. The player builds buildings and various platforms, expanding the settlement. The gamer is also engaged in research aimed at finding the remains of technologies and objects of previously inhabited civilizations on the planet that can be reused.
