Project Hastur takes the events to the distant planet Nyx, which is under mortal threat. The locals lived in complete harmony for a long time without knowing wars, but at one moment everything changed. The planet was invaded by a race of bloodthirsty monsters - Protheans, whose main ability is rapid evolution and reproduction. Fortunately, the local military is ready to defend their home, and in their arsenal they have high-tech weapons that can destroy everyone.The gameplay of Project Hastur consists of passing levels one by one. The player will have to build defensive structures in important strategic places. There are 4 types of towers in total, and each of them is more effective against a certain class of enemy. The missions with each subsequent one will gradually gain difficulty and eventually reach a hardcore level. Opponents advance in waves, which contain an entire army of Protheans. Those monsters that cause the most damage will soon evolve and produce a large number of offspring, so it is worth destroying monsters as soon as possible.There are several modes in the game for every taste. In the Experiment, the gamer is not limited in anything and can play endlessly. There will be no end to the waves, as well as the opportunities to evolve and develop. In the Company, the player will be able to observe the history of the planet Nyx and see what the invasion will lead to. It is worth noting that in addition to the towers, the user can use airstrikes and other bonuses, which will greatly simplify the gameplay.
