In Quest of Dungeons, the plot does not play a particularly important role. The game begins with the choice of one of four characters: a warrior, a sorcerer, an assassin or a shaman. Their mission is to defeat the dark lord who has plunged the world into chaos. However, first you have to cross a huge dungeon full of dangers. The mentioned characters differ in skills, so the player himself chooses who and what style is best suited. The sorcerer uses spells that require mana. The assassin uses weapons that allow you to attack from a distance. The warrior masterfully swings a sword. The shaman has at his disposal both physical attacks and spells. At first it seems as if the game is happening in real time, in fact, each action performed by the characters occurs in turn. In short, the enemy will not move unless the player performs any movement. The dungeon levels are procedurally generated, meaning that each time the player returns to a location, they will encounter a new location of enemies, treasures, and a different room layout. That's not all. After death, you will have to start over. In addition to completing the storyline, you can complete additional quests. The player will watch what is happening from above. Locations are divided into small squares, along which the ward character and opponents move. Enemies can dodge attacks. Also scattered everywhere are power-ups and bonuses that are used during the battle. In addition to ordinary monsters, you will be able to find powerful bosses, defeating which will allow you to take high-quality equipment and other rewards.
