The name is not accidental, because the plot of both the cartoon and this project is focused on the kitchen, food, cooks and their fates, as well as on the little mouse Remy, who has an ideal taste at the level of the best chefs not only in France, but throughout the world.

The story largely repeats the scenario of the original work. The first screen saver introduces the protagonist and his family. They, like all rats, feed mainly on scraps. But Remi doesn't want to stuff her belly this way. From the very birth, he felt a craving for beauty and now wants to learn culinary skills from the best human masters from the restaurant Auguste Gusteau. But no one will teach him due to the fact that he is only a mouse..

The gameplay of Ratatouille consists of not the most difficult tasks: open the refrigerator door, climb into some places, neutralize mousetraps and many others. In moments when the gamer does not know where to move, Remi will be able to prompt thanks to his sensitive sense of smell, inherent in all representatives of his species. Also, a huge part of the gameplay is occupied by moving between locations, because Paris and its environs are great. Sometimes the main character overcomes long distances along the sewer, going down it, like from a slide in a water park, and sometimes travels on a leaf along a turbulent river. In the midst of these movements, there will be many obstacles. To overcome them, you need to use dexterity and jump or dodge in time.
