Recoil is a shooter with action elements, in which the protagonist is given control of the latest tank, representing the most technologically advanced development of the Megacorp corporation. According to the plot, this corporation has seized power in the world - it is trying to destroy all opponents, because of which most of the resistance died. However, there is still a group of programmers - hackers who are actively fighting. They managed to steal a sample, which is also called BFT - with its help, they now have to challenge the enemy army.In Recoil, the protagonist's transport can take the following forms:

• Hovercraft - allows you to cover distances without touching the surface of the earth. Thanks to this, the transport is not able to get stuck in uneven terrain.
• Amphibious - will help you cover distances on water without completely immersing yourself in it. Thus, the player will be able to shoot enemy ships and planes above the water surface.
• Submarine - for performing operations at depth. Armed with some weapons that allow you to eliminate the corresponding targets.

The tank controlled by the hero has dozens of types of weapons. The plasma gun acts as the main and endless way to destroy opponents. Gradually, it will be possible to supplement this type by selecting the appropriate guns at the levels - they already represent secondary weapons. For this type, you will have to find additional cartridges to continue firing and inflict more noticeable damage than when using the basic one. During the passage, it is proposed to perform important operations that will unfold in new locations.
