RED OCEAN has an intriguing plot. The main character is Jack Hard, an American by passport and a special forces fighter by vocation. True, he has already retired and is now engaged in underwater sports. A strange visitor shows up at his company offering diving services, with an equally strange request. He provides the exact coordinates of an underwater cave and persuades Jack to take him there. Once there, it turns out that the stranger works for the US special services, and the underground cave is a lair of dangerous terrorists. The latter do not greet the guests kindly: an FBI agent dies and the protagonist has to solve the problems that suddenly fell on his head alone. The game was named RED OCEAN for a reason. The complex of secret bunkers where the game takes place was created back in the USSR by Soviet engineers. Scientific research was conducted in it, and criminals entrenched in the subway gained access to an unknown and deadly weapon. So the special forces soldier will have to make a lot of effort to prevent possible terrorist attacks using weapons of unprecedented power.Having started the game practically unarmed, the player will soon acquire several types of firearms. His arsenal will include a couple of pistols and knives, 2 rifles and the same number of prototypes of futuristic weapons. The opponents, despite their stupidity and clumsiness, shoot accurately, so you will have to sweat during battles. In addition, there are a lot of them, at least the enemies die after just one accurate shot to the head. Shooting accurately is vital for the player: there is very little ammunition, as well as first aid kits. It is best to keep the ammunition for guns from the future for fighting bosses. There are several of them, and they differ greatly from each other both in appearance and in the tactics used.
