Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show introduces the player to a redneck named Ed, who works as a simple mechanic. Suddenly, a young girl appears and rips the skin off his face. Then she starts running away, and Ed chases her with his wrench. So the gamer gets straight into a mini-tutorial, where he gets acquainted with how the main character will jump, climb ropes, climb over ledges and perform other actions.When the hapless mechanic manages to catch up with the stranger, he is surrounded by a mysterious light and transferred to an alien planet. Ed was chosen as a participant in an intergalactic reality show. To earn money, fame and freedom, he needs to fight monsters in several battles and rise in the rankings. The redneck needs to learn how to perform quick combos, uppercuts and a strong attack with a wrench.To succeed in battle, you need to perform a combination of all these attacks. During battles, little fingers will fly off your opponents. These are likes that are given for completing combos and can be used as currency to buy upgrades. Each of the Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show fights has several challenges that need to be completed to get rewards, such as new cards and stars. Once a stage is completed, you can always go back and play it again to try to get more rewards and stars, thereby unlocking other floors and battles.To get to the second floor, you will need at least 8 stars. As you progress, new things will become available to the player, such as a card shop owned by a werewolf.
