The main character of Resurgence is Jason Dawn, a drunkard and gambler trying to leave his demons and past behind. One day, his daughter Rosie gets into a car accident, and then disappears without a trace. Jason understands that this incident is his debts to the mafia. They returned to haunt the protagonist, and the past led him to the remaining confrontation, from where he learns the terrifying truth.The gamer will take control of Jason and move around the open game world. Most objects are interactive, and the environment hides numerous secret rooms and riddles. As you progress, cinematic inserts and videos with voice acting are shown. The world is endowed with realistic sound effects: birds singing, rustling grass and trees, voices of a populated city and more.
