Riddled Corpses, although a modern project, quite successfully preserves all those details familiar to old shooters that were once released for consoles. Little attention is paid to the plot here, and at the same time maximum concentration is made on the gameplay component. Having chosen a character from among the available ones, the user goes into battle against crowds of monsters to destroy every single creature. It will be a long journey, so you will have to try hard to get to the final boss. The gameplay in Riddled Corpses involves clearing sequentially built locations from creatures of various origins. From the very beginning, these will be zombies that literally crawl out of their graves. Next, you will have to face mutants in the form of flying eyes, gargoyles with devilish faces, giant dead men with scythes and other unsightly creatures. It is important that all levels are quite hardcore, and with each subsequent wave you need to make more and more efforts to pass. For example, you can use surrounding objects, creating powerful explosions or hiding behind force fences, not allowing yourself to be easily reached. And if there is explosives in the location, you can gather the maximum possible number of enemies in that place to arrange a powerful explosion. By accumulating gold for successful completion, you can purchase bonuses such as slowing down time or additional ammunition, or replenish first aid kits so as not to have problems with difficult waves. This will greatly help in the fight with bosses, when the hero will need as many consumables and firepower as possible.
