Rituals in the Dark tells the story of the relationship between two beautiful girls who met under strange circumstances. The main character named Aspen lived next door to the old lady Mrs. Lee and helped her in every possible way. The protagonist was the last one to see the old lady alive, so she found the body. Immediately after the incident, the previously unknown girl became a real star in her village. People constantly pestered her with questions and even close friends had an unhealthy interest in Mrs. Lee's death. However, instead of the expected ghosts, she only notices the charming Althea. The stranger knows much more about the protagonist than the first person she meets can know.
