Sacrifice is a real-time strategy game in which the gameplay is tied to action, not construction and resource gathering. The player controls a magician. To create buildings and an army, a magician needs only 2 things: mana and souls. The first resource is infinite. Magic energy regenerates on its own. Slowly at first, but the process can be accelerated by building special structures. Souls are issued initially, new ones are captured from the enemy.The Sacrifice game has campaign and multiplayer modes. Battles with real opponents take place on pre-created maps. The maximum number of participants is 4. In the story mode, you will have to go through 10 missions, completing tasks for various divine creatures. The composition of the sorcerer's army, as well as the set of spells, vary depending on the chosen deity. There are 5 gods in the game. This includes the goddess of life Persephone, the ruler of the mortal realms Carnel, and the masters of the elements of earth, fire, and air: James, Stratos, and Pyro.Combat units are divided into 3 combat and 2 support classes. Military units include shooters, melee fighters and flying creatures. Support units help the sorcerer regenerate magical energy away from places of power and capture the souls of creatures of the enemy army. Victory occurs at the moment of desecration of the enemy's divine altar. For this purpose, a sacrificial ritual is carried out, and the magician must be near the desecrated place and have a victim to perform the ritual.
